#Race Together. This is what you will probably see written on your cup next time you buy coffee at Starbucks. The Owner of the caffeine company is implementing a campaign to get their baristas to write the phrase #Race Together, on coffee cups. The idea is a worthy idea, and we should all strive to live and get along with others. Churches need to address the issue of the race problems in America.

But we all know, that there are certain political leaders and groups who thrive and are living in the past trying to keep alive the race issue for their own benefit. If the race issues are solved then they are out of the lime light and probably see themselves as out of work. Then there are some religious groups and individuals who will never allow for all races together on this earth. Why? Their sacred book instructs them to kill all unbelievers, Jews and Christians, as the main focus of this threat.

The good news is, the God of all creation, the One True God, in His sacred word, the Bible, reveals to us that there will be a time in heaven when all peoples of the world will unify and come together, live together, #Race Together.

In the Book of Revelation chapter 7 and verse 9, God allowed John to see the future in eternity. He recorded there is coming a time when we will see the races of humanity coming together. The verse reads, “After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could count, from every nation and all tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, and palm branches were in their hands;”

There is hope and good news for people of the world! There is hope! Yes, there is a time when we will experience total, complete peace among all peoples. We will #Race Together.

This should be a common pursuit that every God fearing, Bible reading and Truth seeking follower of Christ and church should live out and communicate to everyone in the community. If you or your church is not able to preach #Race Together, then “In Jesus Name,” you must repent and come back to the original teaching of Jesus Christ. Romans 1:16 “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.”

Jesus’ command is to go make disciple of all nations, i.e. peoples of the world. In the Greek “panta ta ethna.” The church should bring the good news of peace among the peoples of the world. In their community and in their cities. Jesus is the Prince of Peace. He gives you “a peace that surpasses understanding” Philippians 4:7. “And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

If you have the peace of God, which you get only at your salvation, when you place your faith and trust in Jesus, it will guard your heart against hating others, and being prejudice.

The church better learn to live in peace with all Christians. The church needs to love everyone, even if they are not believers yet. If you can’t tell everyone about the gift of God, through Jesus Christ our Lord, then, you need to rethink your Christianity.

The new slogan for the church should be #Race Together. Then let’s go out and live it by telling as many as we can about the love of God through Jesus Christ. John 3:16. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

Let’s #Race Together!
